Do your products have Certificates of Analysis?

Yes. Each batch is issued with a Certificate of Analysis (CoA) showing purity, identification data, and lot information. Certificates of Analysis (CoAs) are available upon request. In order to safeguard document authenticity and prevent unauthorised third-party use, CoAs are provided directly to verified purchasers.


Are your products for human consumption?

No. All materials supplied by Stackd Labs Pty Ltd are provided strictly as laboratory research chemicals for analytical and experimental use within controlled research environments.

These products are intended for use by qualified researchers, institutions, and laboratories conducting scientific investigation, method development, or analytical testing. They are not supplied for human or veterinary administration and must not be used for diagnostic, therapeutic, or clinical applications.

Our materials are distributed as research reagents and are not registered as therapeutic goods. Purchasers are responsible for ensuring that acquisition and use comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and institutional policies within their jurisdiction.

How are orders shipped?

We offer next business day dispatch on all orders via Australia Post Express.

Orders within Victoria are typically delivered within 1–2 business days from the date of dispatch. Interstate orders are generally delivered within 1–3 business days from dispatch, depending on location.

Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by Australia Post and may vary due to external factors outside our control.


Do you ship internationally?

No. Due to varying international regulatory frameworks, customs controls, and chemical import restrictions, we do not offer international shipping.

To ensure full compliance with Australian laws and applicable regulatory requirements, we supply exclusively within Australia. Our operations are structured specifically to serve the domestic research and laboratory market.


What is your returns policy?

Due to the nature of chemical products, returns are generally not accepted unless:

  • The product is defective on arrival

  • The wrong item was shipped

  • The wrong item was sent

If you believe there is an issue with your order, contact support within 5 business days of receival of order with order number and photos. 

Returns will be accepted with the assumption that:

  • Package was untampered
  • Items were unopened
  • Items are still sealed
