Billing Terms and Conditions

These Billing Terms and Conditions explain how payment is processed for orders placed with Stackd Labs Pty Ltd (ABN 92 695 351 181) through stackdlabs.com.au. By placing an order, you agree to these billing terms, which operate alongside our Terms of Service and Refund Policy.

Accepted Payment Methods

We currently accept the following payment methods:

Bank Transfer (direct deposit to our nominated Australian bank account)
PayID

All payments are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD).

When Payment Is Due

Full payment is required at the time of order. Orders are not processed or dispatched until payment has been received and confirmed in full. Once your payment is confirmed, your order will be processed and dispatched in line with our Shipping Policy.

Payment Confirmation

For Bank Transfer and PayID payments, please use your order number as the payment reference so we can match your payment to your order quickly. If a payment cannot be matched to an order, processing may be delayed until we are able to verify it.

Unpaid or Incomplete Orders

If payment is not received within 3 business days of placing an order, the order may be cancelled automatically and any reserved stock released. You are welcome to place a new order at any time. If a partial payment is received, we will contact you to arrange the balance before processing.

Pricing and GST

All prices listed on the Site are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include any applicable GST unless otherwise stated. Prices, product specifications, and availability may change without notice. In the rare event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and refund any payment received in full.

Refunds to Original Payment Method

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the order, in accordance with our Refund Policy. For Bank Transfer and PayID payments, refunds are returned to the originating bank account. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for refund processing, plus any additional time your bank requires to settle the funds.

Security of Payment Information

We do not store your full bank account details on our systems. Bank Transfer and PayID payments are made directly through your own banking provider. Stackd Labs will never request your online banking password, PIN, or one-time security codes. If you receive any such request claiming to be from Stackd Labs, do not respond and contact us immediately.
