Lost / damaged / wrong address: if a parcel is still missing 1–2 business days past the estimate, contact us. Arrived damaged? Email within 7 days with photos for a replacement or refund. An incorrect address incurs a re-shipping fee equal to the original shipping cost. Timeframes are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

Yes. Glassware and fragile items are wrapped and padded for transit. If anything arrives damaged, email us within 7 days with photos and we will send a replacement or refund.
How fast do you ship?

Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within Australia only.
