Glassware and fragile items are wrapped and padded for transit in professionally labelled packaging.
Lost / damaged / wrong address: if a parcel is still missing 1–2 business days past the estimate, contact us. Arrived damaged? Email within 7 days with photos for a replacement or refund. An incorrect address incurs a re-shipping fee equal to the original shipping cost. Timeframes are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

Is glassware packed safely?
Yes. Glassware and fragile items are wrapped and padded for transit. If anything arrives damaged, email us within 7 days with photos and we will send a replacement or refund.
How fast do you ship?
Orders are dispatched within 1 business day via Australia Post Express. Free Express shipping on orders over $150 AUD — see the Shipping tab for delivery estimates.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within Australia only.
Can I order for a school, lab or business?
Yes. For larger quantities or anything not listed, contact us and we will do our best to help.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Bank Transfer and PayID.
